I think that’s an overpay for Monahan. Drop Krebs or the first and I think it’s closer.

The GM's are old friends from the Wheatking days but I don't think Kelly would give up that much for Monahan.

Remove Krebs — can’t see VGK doing this deal as presented after giving Suzuki in the Pacioretty trade.

I still think CGY would be all over a package of: Stephenson + 2022 1st + pick/prospect.

Keep in mind a VGK 1st is a late pick. But CGY should investigate this type of deal if VGK is able to handle the Monahan cap hit. Stephenson would be a great 3C in the Sutter system I think.
