Marner is younger, better, and has more term left on his contract.

Why do you guys keep trading Reilly to the Pens? Let's go over the facts. The realities...

1) Hextall has publicly stated he's not moving the Pens 1st or 2nd round picks anymore. Possibly our prospects in a really good deal, but not our 1st or 2nd round picks.
2) The Pens have $121,000 in available cap space.
3) The Pens have FIVE left-handed dman on contracts: Dumoulin, Matheson, Pettersson, Riikola and POJ, so there's simply no room for him, and no, just because you think he's better than any of our LD's doesn't change the reality.
4) The Pens have over $14M tied up in their five left-handed dmen.
5) Reilly isn't even close to being worth two 1st round picks.

No way the Pens can make this trade.

Burke drafted Rielly so the thought of them reuniting is not far-fetched.

The Pens can trade their other LD to make room for Rielly.

The market for defencemen has gone up. Rielly is worth 2 late 1st round picks, especially if he signs an extension in the 7-8 million dollar range.

This is all wrong to every degree possible. Just stop making these Reilly trades. It will never happen and your value is so inaccurate it's not even funny.

The NHL is not capfriendly.com. You can't just so easily move people out. Reilly is not even close to being worth two firsts. He's MAYBE worth a 1st to some teams.

Also, you don't decide what Hextall does. He's clearly stated over and over and over that he's not trading the Pens 1st or 2nd round picks anymore.

The Pens have no prospects to trade. What, are they going to dangle Hollander again? lol. Draft picks are all they have to deal if they want to improve their team and compete for another cup in the twilight years of Crosby and Malkin.

This deal is not happening. You're ignoring realities.

You're honestly a ****ing idiot if you think Huberdeau is "all around better". Use your head and actually make an intelligent point otherwise shut your clown ass up.

Is Hertl a 1C? Not sure. But, the more elite centers the better. They can move Tavares to the wing.

I was trying to trade for someone else on the Sharks but he is the most appealing, plus he only has 1 year left so maybe the Sharks don't want to resign him. He could recoup a lot of assets if they decide to rebuild.
