When Aaron Dell and Craig Anderson are the Sabres listed NHL goalies other fans think they need a goalie. Like he, insert just about any goalie name, would improve the team or think they are trying to win. Sabres are in Pitt/Edm mode+. Trying for 3 top 3 picks in a row...

Draisaitl and Sergachev were taken right after Reinhart and Nylander.
Plus I would hope he could have selected a couple of better forwards with all of the picks he traded to get Lehner, O'Reilly, Kane, Gorges, Fasching, Deslauriers, etc.
Imagine if he had draft Sebastian Aho in 2015 with the second round pick he used to get O'Reilly. WOW three pt/gm centers.
I hope Karmanos can play the puppet master and guide KA.
He has certainly improved the quality of trades and FA signing over last year.
