Jets pass IMO. Copp is worth more and the jets need a little more of a NHL ready forward to take his spot. If he is dealt for futures I wanna see the jets add Casey Cizikas

Rasmussen is probably someone that would interest the Jets for Copp.

This doesn't work for Detroit.

Copp is a couple of years too old to really fit in our rebuild so well that we would trade a 22 year old cost controlled prospect for him.

We will happily take him off your hands if you'll settle for Namestnikov + a pick or maybe Stecher straight up or something of that kind.

I think Winnipeg could develop Rasmussen well and get him back on track.

I agree and the ability to play center always helps. I just think the Jets may want a right shot guy.

I’d do it if Copp agreed to an extension. Love Copp’s game.

If Copp comes with a 5 year 3.75 aav contract I think both teams accept. I really like the addition of Rasmussen.

He's already on track, what are you talking about? He literally finished the season playing 1C due to injuries and really blossomed over the final 5-10 games of the season. Stats don't jump out, but anyone that watched the games knows what I'm talking about.

I didn't watch too many Wings games being as there was no cross divisional play so only caught them just a few times. Just recalling what I saw in previous games, forums etc. Good to hear he’s pulling it all together

Really looking forward to seeing teams play that aren’t Canadian based this year! Lost track of a lot of rookies

not sure what you perceive Copp's value to be I think the jets would be lucky to get this also what do think Casey Cizikas value would be in signing think he is in the 3m range which might be to rich for the jets with the questions of how good will the bottom 6 be

INHO i think Copp is going to be in the 4M range but who knows what a arb or Det can or will offer him i just know that he won;t fit in the budget if Pionk gets 6M
