Too much money to Brady (Cost a lot pick and it is a really bad contract even if Brady is good) , you need to make some cap space for Byron return at the end of the season, hard time to sign Ekholm, Suzuki, Matthew and Evans next offseason, no more depth… That would be a disaster. Even if, I understand the interest of having two Tkachuk on the same team!
