This offer isn't even close to eichel in my opinion. Lehkonen doesn't really have much value, Byron has negative value, armia is decent but doesn't have much value with his contract I don't think. Kk, romanov and a late first just doesn't get it done. I think the value of the first gets counteracted by Byron Lehkonen, and armia just to take on all that money.

Jack Cap hit 10 million Where are teams going to find 10 million in cap space?

Well you brought in an extra 4.25M with Eakin and Miller. Would have to pay alot more for that whole package or try and finding teams that could benefit from Byron, Lehkonen and Armia and trade them for cheap and/or nothing. Might even have to pay a little to get rid of them. It's just you have Buffalo taking on a bunch of bad cap, while also retaining on a player while only getting two good pieces, with KK being good but really not that good. Romanov is a really good piece to send but for Buffalo his value isn't that great as right now they have Dahlin, Power, Johnson, Bryson and Samuelsson for the left side.
If Montreal can't fit him into their cap then maybe the match isn't so perfect.

Doesn't work for either team. Lehkonen and Armia are more valuable than they get credit for. Same with Byron, but that one is at least understandable. None are important pieces for Buffalo, and Byron would only be included if necessary for cap purposes.

That leaves KK, Romanov, and a 1st, as the actual return. Not enough for a 100% Eichel, and if you aren't getting a 100% Eichel, that's potentially too much.
