This AGM isn’t really about lines but more about Kane:

Kane is going to be gone by next season, but I think it will be really hard to trade him for anything since no one will want him. He is a locker room cancer, he makes his teammates hate playing with him and with the bankruptcy, gambling reports, and everything else I don’t think any team will want to deal with that. I think they are gonna have to buy him out.

I wonder what happens with his contract if the part about betting on games turns out to be true and he gets banned from the league. Would they take a buyout penalty or would they go free since its out of San Jose's control?
