Is this assuming the Isles roll the roster they have at this very second? Because that is disrespectful as hell

I don't like your Metro or Pacific. Thats expecting a lot from Calgary, a team who hasn't got much better this offseason, and a lot of faith in a Seattle team that will have trouble scoring. In the Metro, Carolina has only got worse this offseason, losing both their best defenseman and best goalie. They will be worse for sure. Meanwhile the Islanders have got a lot better and will be a better team. I'd put them as a threat to win the Metro rather than miss the playoffs.
