Blues pass. I'd imagine the LIghtning do, as well. And good luck trading a guy you just signed as a UFA.

None of those trade make it past the laughter that ensues from every other GM. Reilly is a downgrade from Serg. Vasilevskiy didn’t have to make as many saves mainly because Serg is a shot blocking machine.

And he's probably the 3rd best shot blocker on the d-corps Behind Mcdonagh and Cernak

26 goal, 40 point pace this past season when he was often in a bottom 6 role and didn't get any time in the top 6 until late in the season. Fantastic shot, young, good speed, and a cheap contract for a guy who can slot into a middle 6 scoring winger spot. He would be fantastic next to Tavares and Nylander. He is not a replacement level player anymore. He was one in Pittsburgh and Anaheim.

Ottawa isn’t in win now mode and Toronto just signed Mrazek so don’t see either team do that trade

Is it me or every proposal we see is exactly the opposite of what Ottawa wants to do?

Didn't realize he finally had a good season. That being said both his personal shooting percentage and on ice shooting percentage are fairly high. If he regresses to the mean could probably take a 1/3 of goals and and pts. Still not a bad season at 18 goals and 30ish points in the bottom 6...

I agree that the shooting percentage isn’t sustainable long term. His shot is definitely underrated though and I have high hopes that he’ll get more regular ice time and and a higher volume of shots which will lead to a more realistic shooting percentage but similar total offensive production.
