That is a MASSIVE overpay for Dvorak and Eichel and Seattle doesn't do that

The Dvorak package is borderline better than the Eichel one. Arizona has said a good prospect and a 1st for Dvorak, Dube Pelletier, Zary, MEP and a 1st would probably be enough

Buffalo also declines because they don't need ldmen. I see like 5-6 1sts in that package
