Interesting experiment to see what the team would look like. I find the D and Goalies relatively solid, but wow that's a weak forward group lol! Shows that the Habs need to do better at drafting offensive talent.

Why do we have such a hard time finding talent at the F position... Caufield fell into our lap, and Pacioretty was a gem but other than that, wtf

This shows the work of Trevor Timmins over the last 15 years... Sure, there's a part of player development that we absolutely failed, but man, did we draft bad between 2008-2015...

indeed, almost hard to decipher what has been worse; player dev. or talent scouting at the prospect level. Sure every team misses out now and then, but a team this rich should not struggle as bad as we do.
