Actually personally I would rather live in Ottawa than Toronto but that's just cause I hate big cities. Too many nosey neighbors lol.

Small nitpick but don't think Brown's value is a 3rd. I think 6th at best

Also no chance Ottawa bridges Batherson for that much money. That would be more his AAV on a long term-contract (7-8 years). And Tkachuk is not worth that much, even as an unicorn player

That would be an interesting poll. Just my opinion, many of those "cities", mostly towns, north of Sudbury would be a culture shock to someone who grew up in southern Ontario.
Just too isolated, and the long winters and often poor springs, makes for a more cabin fever than further south.

Grew up in a small town outside Barrie, went to college in North Bay and ya it's pretty bad
