Rangers decline. Miller is not on the trade block. Try again in about 15 years.

Rangers counter with Kreider and Georgiev for Matthews. Seattle could’ve had Kerfoot for free, they still took McCann, they clearly like him more. When will people realize that nobody wants Toronto’s junk?

No he isn't. He's been given every resource and has won nothing. Majority of his depth moves blow up fast. If they don't win a round this year (which is a hilarious bar), he's toast.

There seems to be some syndrome in New York where rangers fans think every young player that shows promise is a lock for the hall of fame.

We gotta knock this off. The whole, “ohhh the other team counters with nothing for your best player,” is very tired. It’s been done to death

Miller is solid. Definitely could be a good second pair guy. But acting like a 15 year career is a lock is a bit nutty.

These 2 trades would be great ways to justify the Dubas hate in the eyes of Drury and Francis

I’m just trying to show how bad the trade is for New York. Let’s just say that 2 4th liners, a bottom pairing D man, and a late 2nd don’t get them to trade Miller even if he does end up being a solid second pairing at best.

No i get it dude, it’s just a tired take. It would be better to show a trade that actually would be as lopsided the other way rather than going ridiculously hyperbolic.

So, the word you're looking for is 'no', as in 'not gonna happen' and 'uh uh'. Rangers have ZERO intention of trading Miller. Besides, their roster is full.

He's good now, and has enough potential to where a package of 2 bottom 6ers and a bottom pair guy (who are all commonly traded for scraps on this site) and a 2nd round pick can be scoffed at.

I'm not your wife and won't let you speak for me.. Never said he'll be "hall of fame" but i do think he'll have a long career in the NHL.

Lol settle down little guy.

It’s a syndrome in New York. It’s why rangers fans are just kind of funny and sad. How many d men have played 16 seasons for one team, and then been a worthy UFA after that? But miller plays a solid 50 games and all of a sudden he’ll be around for a decade and a half.

Yet if u look at our future D, he's our top Ld.
Funny and sad that outsiders think we will hand him over for expensive stuff we don't need lol

I didn’t comment on the trade.

Miller had a solid 50 NHL games. That doesn’t make him a lock for a long term top four d man. This is precisely what I’m talking about.

Well he played like a vet stud and is our top future LD. So ya, thanks for the scouting report, but he's staying
