yeah lets just trade away our future for a regressing colin miller, eichel, who probably wont be able to start the season, and a 4th, not realising what colorado need is depth and players that dont have massive cap hits. amazing stuff


also the sabres know the 1st will be in the 20s, when the sabres want top 10 picks. i dont see the sabres accepting this trade.

I mean this team would be scary. Kadri as 3C improves bottom six depth. Kahun would be a great add.

Colin Miller does great in a limited role. It showed in VGK. BUF tried making him a top pairing guy.

im not saying the team wont be good. the team already is good. what im saying is colorado are trading away long term sustainability for being good in the moment. what do they do when mackinnon needs a new contract? what about kadri, burakovsky, nichushkin, etc next year? lets say they dont win the cup within the next two years and they dont have the cap space to resign mackinnon and he goes somewhere else. it'd be fine if they could bring in someone like newhook, but he's in buffalo. It really wouldn't be smart.

No...just no

Eichel doesnt work on the Avs...ever. Its an awful trade and an awful idea. Such a bad trade for the Avs
