Who cares Stromes best season 59 points is still < Larkins best season at 73 points i'll keep Larkin over Strome any day of the year.

For sure but you also want FOUR 1st round picks as well haha

Yeah, I'd also keep Larkin over Strome, but if you gave me Othmann, Lundkvist, and two firsts to switch I'd do it. That's a big haul.

Yeah i guess you can't argue with logic here.

3 years ago... Strome has been almost as good as Larkin for two years now. Throw in 4 1sts round picks though

Stromes 3 years older then Larkin and a pending UFA in the 2022/2023 he's a non starter for us, Yeah the rest is definitely a great haul.

Doesn't matter because in reality Chris Drury would never offer this much to us for Dylan Larkin. So it's pretty moot anyways.

Strome is the benefactor of Panarin nothing more, While yeah i would love Lunkvist we're not doing it for Larkins sake Detroit wants to be more competitive and i'm sorry this doesn't make us more competitive in the short term perhaps but doubtful long term. And no Buffalo wouldn't accept this for Eichel without at least Kakko included in the deal noway would Adams accept this deal.

You're just a troll at this point. Strome had a 0'5 (and slightly more) PPG average in 18-19 while we were in the toilet of the league, WITHOUT Panarin and we sold Hayes and Zuc that season, and this past season his best moments were WITHOUT Panarin and he's a swiss army knife, can play C and W, PP, PK, 2nd line, 3rd line, so you clearly just demonstrated you don't know hockey.

He'd be DET's 3rd best forward by the way as of right now, so it would be best for you to stop talking about things you know nothing about

Larkin is a bonified number 2 center, Othmann is a very strong prospect with top 6 upside, Nils has number 2 upside with elite offensive potential and you're adding 2 firsts, one of which is in a great draft.

This package gets you a number 1 center, NOT a bonified number 2 one

Who's calling who a Troll right now Troll, And what in the hell is 0'5 it's 0.5 PPG average. Pretty sure i've been following hockey longer then you've been alive. We're not dealing a younger Larkin for an older Strome that only has one more year left. Larkin is our captain and hometown kid he's absolutely going nowhere. And i'm pretty sure i know more things about hockey then you will ever know.

Othman is 3-4 years away from NHL action and Lunkvist is no better then Seider those 2 1st are probably late teens early 20's so they're not all that great. Stop overblowing this as a great deal it's okay but Detroit can get better then this.

As if as Strome was the only part of the package, you get the equivalent of FOUR FIRST ROUNDERS FOR A 2ND LINE CALIBER CENTER

Also the argument that you know more about me because of age is like boomers saying they know everything about the world while also refusing to recognize the world has changed in like 50-55 years.

You remind me of the reason why I left AGM, and while when I'm done schooling you I'll never return, it's because of people like you who REFUSE to look at reality and instead prefer to live inside their alternate reality bubbles

What does the fact that he's 3-4 years away from the NHL have anything to do with what we're discussing here?? He'd be top 5 in your prospect pool
Also I never made the argument that Nils>Seider, so I'd recommend you getting a medical exam regarding your eyes, because you aren't seeing right. Still doesn't change the fact that Nils has insane potential and he's a player most teams would kill to have (top 15 prospect in the league easily)

Saying you could get more than the equivalent of FOUR FIRSTS for a bonified 2nd line center is as dumb as it gets. FACT

That's probably the only way Steve would trade Larkin, a massive overpayment.
