I think this is a decent idea. All of these players need changes of scenery. Except maybe Gavrikov. Maybe this doesn't work, but I thought it was an intresting idea.

So you trade 2 out of the three worst contracts on your team for a decent top 4 dman and a rental yeah Columbus says no

I just dont see CBJ wanting either of those guys, (but then from all the Penguin fan proposals, Penguin fans dont want either of them either).

The most valuable piece is probably Gavrikov, and the second most valuable might be domi, but zucker is a nice, but expensive 45 pt guy (who's best year was 4 yrs ago) and petersen is overpaid for the defense he plays. I just don;t think it happens without PITTS overpaying.

Pittsburgh adds, this doesn't do much for a Columbus team that's trying to get younger.

Yet they both are great players. Pettersson is young and is a DD. And Zucker is a 45pt guy. Pens add I think but the value imo isn't way far off

Pens have to add some futures. Don’t think Zucker or MP does anything for them and they could get better future returns trading Domi and Gav separately if they wanted to.
