We can't afford to take Drouin unless you retain salary. It would also be nice if you'd replace Lehkonen and Kulak with picks, as they don't have a place in our lineup and therefore bring us no value.

Minnesota Wild say no very easily. they aren't going to ruin their d some more. no one especially wild are taking on Jonathan drouin and his cap.

I like the idea too. Dumba and Drouin are washes in terms of cap and KK is a huge piece to go back to MN, it would give them an absolutely dominant Center lineup when they want to open their window.

As a side note, I think the signing of Benn means there might be some Dumba trade traction. It will hurt the Wild in the short term but I like this.

Huh? Dumba has 2 years left on his deal and more value than kk. Drouin is a negative asset and Winger who will not have any place on Minnesota, and longer contract than dumba. Jamie Benn was signed to depth deal. One doesn't have anything to do with the other.
