I wouldn't make this offer sheet.

If I wanted Thomas, a guy who doesn't hit, doesn't block shots, isn't that good at faceoffs, has a lot of giveaways, doesn't score a lot, but is a good passer so puts up okay points, I'd offer Logan Brown and maybe a conditional pick of some sort, dependant on how many games Brown plays in his first season there.
