Nice little deal. If Forsberg falters, there's a path to him being in the NHL by the end of the year. Was excellent in the shortened season this year.

Like many others mentioned, Unless Murray bounces back, He can seriously be the starter. 700k for a starting goalie is not bad.

I mean they can also flip forsberg at the deadline and use him afterwards. Thats probs the plan unless he falls early.

This is an amazing deal. This would be an excellent deal for a player that you plan to use in the AHL this season. If he plays as the backup this year, then it should be an absolute steal.
