Hughes is already a better dman than Rielly. VAN is in no way moving him.

Leafs fan here. I think they decline but its close. They still have to pay Hughes and we're losing a 1st, our top prospect and kerfoot. The 3rd coming back helps a little bit.

We get a better(?) And younger player in Hughes that still need to be signed and in the Process lose the rest of the package in the trade.
