Can't go wrong with a standard ELC. And a 1st round pick signs with the mess of the Coyotes. At least he is going to get to play in the NHL eventually lol

Not sure tbh, Garland is already a borderline elite two-way winger and Vancouver has him locked up at a great cap hit over his prime years
