I think that this is a very realistic evaluation of Eichel's worth, IF he's completely healthy. The problem is figuring out how to establish that, and when.

Yeah, I'm just not sure what either Eichel or Drouin true worth is, to be fair... Eichel if healthy probably gets a bit more than that (or at least better picks), but Drouin has been a disappointment the last 3 years in MTL, and due to his leaving the team I'm just not sure if he and his cap hit, as unreliable and fragile and inconsistent, are worth lots of value in return. (I think BUF would rather take armia, lehkonen, hoffman or anderson).

But a armia, romanov and 2 likely late 1sts would be more than enough IMO.

It’s not, or he would have been traded already.

Armia brings no value to Buffalo, they can maybe turn him into a 3rd round pick at the deadline. if you want eichel and only want to trade one player and 2 1sts then its suzuki, and thats not going to happen, going to start with 3 First round pick, and then add from there doubt romanov is move unless habs feel Ghule will be the better dman and they dont want to move him. Even then Buffalo is going to want some sort of forward prospects

Great comments, hard to disagree with anything said.
Here are my two cents (then I am out of money, so this is a fortune to me, LOL)
Measuring the value, this is the best Montreal trade I have seen.
Romanov, and Primeau are Montreal's best two prospects.
Kotkaniemi is gone while IMO Suzuki and Caufield were never going to be traded my Bergevin.
Romanov is a LHD and Primeau is a GK.
Buffalo has Dahlin, Power, Samuelsson and Bryson all young defenseman who figure to be on the team for the next 8 to 10 years.
Buffalo also has Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen won a gold medal at the U18 World Juniors in 2016, stepping in as starter when Leevi Laakso got sick and the silver medal in 2017. He won the gold again at the 2019 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in a 3–2 victory over Team USA and was named the media's pick for best goaltender of the tournament.,
Erik Portillo was awarded the USHL's Goaltender of the Year award after posting a .915 save percentage
and Devon Levi As the Carlton Place Canadians GK he posted a very stingy 1.47 goals-against-average (GAA), .947 save percentage (SV%), eight shutouts, and an eye-popping 34-2-1 record. He also had an impressive showing at the World Junior A Challenge where he posted a 2.86 GAA and a .917 SV% in six games. One of those games was an upset of Team USA, who were the defending champions. Playing for Canada in the U20 WJC-20 he played 7 games with a 0.75 GAA and .964 SV%.
While it is hard to say no to the Montreal prospects, they do not fit Buffalo's needs.
I would hope Drouin could regain his scoring touch again, but right now his value is about neutral as his cap hit far outdistances his performance, but his potential is commensurate to his salary.
The two draft picks would have to be this year, as I do not think Karmanos would want to wait 5 years to receive a return from trading Jack.

So change the MTL pick to this year and I would take the trade, EDIT or replace the 2023 pick with Guhle or Romanov.
