I don't think you need to give up a first for Dvorak he has never scored 40 pts. Farrell,Struble and Harris should work well.

Don't think they trade him without a first going back.
Dvorak in the last two seasons has averaged 0.55ppg. That equals to 45 in a 82 game season on a very bad offensive team in Arizona. He could really excel with some good wingers in Montreal. I wouldn't be surprised to see him hit 60 with the habs.
Coyotes have no reason to trade him unless they get an offer that they feel is greater than the player they are sending so it has to be an overpay. He's playing as their 1C and that may not mean he gets 1C return, they have to get a return that justifies giving up their 1C. He also has a very good contract with term and that adds alot of value.
