Description
Look, I know with the amount of money he just signed for Poolman should not be a healthy scratch. However, since we're kind of trying to go all-in this year, do you think this move improves the Canucks D-core and increases their odds this season?

Neither does chemistry, which OEL and Demers have had for a few years

Demers and OEL have been pretty bad past couple of years.

I actually think Poolman is better than many give him credit for. Above average at preventing chances, good top speed on the back check, good net front presence. He’s not very good at decision making with the puck on his stick but that’s okay if you pair him with some one like Hughes or Rathbone or OEL.

Imo were better off just rolling Poolman rather than signing demers

May as well use the remaining cap on someone like Bozak then if we're trying to go all in

I think he means Poolman does a good job boxing out and clearing traffic from the front of the net

That is what I was thinking. Lol imagine greener putting him as the next net front presence on the powerplay

Lol he would be a tower but most of his goals are from slappers. Do you think he's agile enough to tip the puck in or commit wraparounds?
