Why not just OS Thomas at 4,1? He would only cost a second. I honestly think he'll be better than KK so that could be a big win.

I wouldn't move Toffoli. Put up Lek or Drouin remove the 2nd pick and give them the first and third from Canes. At least that would be my goal to balance out the Drouin contract.

Maybe but the whole trade doesnt make sense for MTL. If theyre trying to win now, moving their top line winger and top pair dman doesnt make sense. And if theyre trying to rebuild/retool then getting tarasenko also doesnt make sense. Also imo montreal loses value wise.
