3RW will likely be Clarke or Studenic to start.
Boqvist is not a lock for 3C, next option would be slotting Sharangovich there if he handles face-offs better than last year.

If Holtz makes the team, it will likely be on Hughes line, so something like this:

Tatar -- Hughes -- Holtz
Kuokkanen -- Sharangovich -- Boqvist
Wood -- McLeod -- Johnsson

If Holtz makes team and Sharangovich struggles with face-offs, could look something like this:

Sharangovich -- Hughes -- Holtz
Tatar -- Kuokkanen -- Boqvist
Wood -- McLeod -- Johnsson

If they add a veteran 3C (like a Zajac or Bozak), it could be this:
