No universe is Sean Monahan worth anything close to that return from Ottawa. Not moving the 1st for him, and they shouldn't move prospects like Brannstrom or Greig either. He's not close to being that guy.

Mackey is no slouch, unproven yes but highly touted that doesn't seem to be signing. I just hope he doesn't end up like another Adam Fox.

Sean is on the decline and you're tryna trade him for some up-and-coming players? The value is not on CAL's side.

You're high.
Monahan was one of the worst C in the division last year. Hes falling fast, injuries have been bad. Maybe he bounces back, but right now, he isnt worth any 2 of the pieces you listed.
