Solid list. I think a fully healthy Kucherov might creep up into the top 5 (maybe top 3) throughout the year.

I'd probably pick Point or Pastrnak over Barkov but that's a nitpicking. Good list

It’s tough between kuch and drai but I had to pick the centre.

Personally I'd put Marchand above Draisaitl and Kucherov, and Kucherov above Draisaitl. Crosby above Matthews too.

I think that because he won the selke and drove that first line with ppg numbers not playing bc with the best forwards on his team (huberdeau, hornqvist etc.), he deserves to be at #10 over those two.

Kuch over drai is tough, but I gotta pick the centre. I think kuch is better than Marchand too. Crosby isn’t better than Matthews anymore imo. He had a better season all around. Won the Richard, higher in hart votes, and higher in pts.

I really hate when people mix and match the fantasy and production-wise best players in the NHL and the actual most talented players in the NHL.
My ACTUAL top 10 would be:
1. Connor McDavid
2. Sidney Crosby
3. Nathan MacKinnon
4. Nikita Kucherov
5. Auston Matthews
6. Cale Makar
7. Leon Draisaitl
8. Mathew Barzal
9. Aleksander Barkov
10. Sebastian Aho

Crosby isn't that good anymore unfortunately. The top 3 are McDavid, MacKinnon and Matthews. Crosby is definitely top 10 still.

Barkov didn't deserve the selke for 2021 in my opinion.

Was just going to say, guy is easily best goalie in league. Kucherov will tell you what it is excluding him from this list

I don’t really like comparing goalies to players. I should say this is more of a best skater list. I’d rather put goalies in their own list and vasy would easily be 1
