Funny thing is they’re all natural centres. Moving Byfield to wing would be dumb

Pretty good. Byfield to the wing maybe when Eichel comes back. Makes sense.

He does not, and is originally from east coast

Every centre is a natural centre when their drafted centre. Great comment.

Couldn't agree more. LA have absolutely no need unless they move Kopitar which is so unrealistic.

I’d move Turcotte to wing and trade Vilardi for a LD. That’s why I’d do

Byfield ain't no winger, he is centre and is going to play in the Middle. Is the plan to play him on the wing for 3 years until Kopitar's contract expires?

LA won their cups with Kopitar, Carter, Richards, Stoll in the middle. They know what they're doing.

You’re obviously not gonna move Eichel to wing and then Danault and Kopitar are 2 way players you want at centre

I really like Mikey Anderson and Björnfot. I don't think you move Vilardi for a LD unless they aren't legit top 4 defensemen. Vilardi could be moved to the right wing IMO.

Eichel is out 6 months so they have time to figure it out. Danault at 3C is not the worst idea in the world. Eichel at 1, Kopitar at 2. Byfield on wing until Kopitar retires

It's not like their C depth is the weakest part of the team is it? Eichel makes little sense.

Not specific but just lots of talk about LA re-engaging. I think BUF really covets Turcotte and Thomas, Kupari, and they seem to be dispensable if LA gets Jack.

No offense to Buffalo but I don't see the Kings sending the goalie that helped them win two cups to the Sabres.. Lol

LA doesn't seem like a team that should be making a move for Eichel.

The rumor I heard was Kupari, Quick, Anderson-Dolan or Lizotte and the 2022 first for Eichel.

Where’s the lots of talk coming from? Are we talking someone on CF, HFB, Reddit or someone like McKenzie?

There hasn’t been any Eichel trade talk since the draft.

Quick came in from Connecticut to play for the Buffalo Regals growing up. It would be kind of cool for him to end his career here. He and I also have the exact same birthday, not that that means anything.

Quick is toast, he'd at least be a mentor in Buffalo and a cap relief for LA

Lol. Massive overpay for Eichel. Especially by a team who already has Kopitar, Danault, Byfield, Vilardi down the middle.
