With the value being pretty fair the reason the islanders decline is bc both wahlstrom and dobson are farther ahead in their development than robertson and sandin. Also we finally found our winger (wally) that we have been looking for for literally the past decade plus. We arent moving him now.

Pens fan making a acgm with 2 other teams with prospects which already fans of teams overvalue their own. All in all it seems like just a weird useless trade since the players are too similar. Why trade guys you develop for guys another team develop

I dont know if you're right about wahlstrom>robertson and a first would make up the value.
how about Dobson for amirov and liljegren?

I'll pass. Wahlstrom may end up being an inferior goal scorer to Robertson, but he can be a pest and had a strong rookie year defensively last year. Trotz drilling the defense-first mentality into the team seems to really be rubbing off on him, which I think its going to be great for him in the future. Sandin vs. Dobson it's still way too early to tell, both are still really raw at the NHL level, but I think I'd prefer to hold onto the righty with more NHL experience for now.

I know this post wasn't really that serious lol, but I thought I'd give my take on the players

this about sums it up. not supposed to be super realistic but would look cool
