I think this is the only way Streit could go to PIT. Hexy wasn't going to trade with them so he sent him to Tampa first. The conditions on the 7th rounder in the TBL/PHI deal was that PHI only received the 7th if TBL traded Streit - which was obvious if that was the condition

PHI traded Striet to TBL therefore its was Tampa has full possetion of Streit.
