We don't need a playoff bust for McDavid. Even If I got Matthews and Marner or even the Colarado first line, I wouldn't trade the face of our franchise

Isles will keep Beau, not taking on additional salary.

And absolutely no chance on Varly for Koskinen. You do not get value for AHL level players.

Koskinen is the 30th best goalie in the league. He's not AHL he had AHL defensemen in front of him last year a lot of times though.

Drai has been Oilers best playoff performer last 4 years except the 2019-2020 playoffs

That happened once. He also had a .918 SV% a year ago. He should be paid 2 million a year and play 35 Games as a backup nothing more, that is the best he is ever going to be.

And .899 last year and .906 3 years ago. But if you think he is the 30th best goalie in the league keep him. The Isles are more than happy to not have him anymore.

Koskinen's numbers are skewed because he played 11 games in a row to start the season. Mike smith was injured and carolina claimed their taxi squad goalie the day before that. koskinen's numbers after that 11 game string were .910 Sv%.

Lmao koskinen is a cap dump. It will cost ~2nd to move him. So a 2nd and koskinen for a 5th is pretty fair. Now you have to pay for varlamov. Thats gonna cost a 1st+.

A .910 sv% is below league average btw. If his claim to fame is a .910 sv% that might be a reason hes a cap dump.
