he will get a 2-3 year deal and be traded, he wants a commitment from the sens to build a contender to sign a long term deal and the sens cannot afford to spend that much, most players on the team right now will be traded in the next 3-4 years, if you look at their contract their salary begins to be more than their cap hit, that is when the sens will trade them. (Chabot,Batherson).

Brady is NOT in the long term plans of the sens, that is why they grossly over reached for Boucher, a player with a similar play stile as Brady.

I think I'd switch Crookshank for Jarventie. I'm not a Sens fan but I think Jarventie is better.

Yes Jarventie is a better prospect because his upside is really high. He could be as high as a 1st liner. However this thread is for the 2022-23 season and Jarventie will only turn 20 y/o in August 2022. He'll probably need another year of development

Crookshank is most likely a bottom-6 player but the kind that makes your team hard to play against. He can score too. I see him becoming an all-utility 3rd liner, like a lesser Connor Brown actually
