Hughes is a future Norris finalist and probably on a fairly regular basis. I'm probably sounding dramatic, but as good as Marner is, unless McDavid is coming the other way I'm not moving Hughes. Being able to have a young dman like Hughes who's already so far ahead of the curve is one of the hardest things to come by.

Not to mention Hughes is already a more complete dman than Rielly.

Garland + Boeser together gives you more than Marner by himself.

When I made a post asking about Gavrikov's price, everyone seemed to agree it's a 1st and an asset (preferably a prospect, perhaps a draft pick).

That package doesn't spark anything but laughter. It still needs a 1st plus a pick

I also just saw that he signed Hughes to a 7 x 7. I don’t think he is valuing any player here correctly on any level
