Would be surprised if Sens were in the Wright sweepstakes. Team looks too good to be that bad.

I think Sanderson takes that 2nd pairing immediately but this would be a killer team. The only change I'd make it keeping White. A very overpaid 4th line player but I have more faith in Sokolov-Greig-White line, so why not, you got $15M in cap sitting there...

This would be a dream lol. They'd have to win the lottery because I think they're better than bottom 5 but I don't think they're a playoff team either. Unlikely scenario but that would be wild. I actually think there are a few C prospects in the 22 draft that would be worth getting. Lambert, Geekie, Savoie, McGroarty

Banking on that 5.8% lottery win?

I don't see Norris signing that contract. He might have a real break out season and be legit 1C or certainly a 2C. Agree with the above statement....Ottawa is too good to be thinking about top 5 selection.

I don't think he's a top 3 defender, but I think he could definitely be a solid #4 and his playing style would pair well with Chabot. I think Sanderson-Zub is going to be a reallllly good shutdown pair but all 4 of those guys will play a ton of minutes. Sanderson and Chabot obviously being the top 2. Brannstrom still has a high ceiling but doesn't seem as likely to hit it as Sanderson right now.
