I don't see them giving up 5 draft picks like that ,(which Arizona would covet) I don't think it's more , Reilly is a better player than debrusk or forbort ,

A rental a bad first and a depth guy is like 25% of Chychrun's value.

Obviously it's a sign and trade , no such thing as a bad first if scouts are doing there job ,

As much as I'd love to have Chych, I can't see this happening.
BOS isn't addressing their desperate need for a 2C, and with McAvoy needing a big contract extension (and Bergeron most likely resigning next year) I don't see BOS signing Reilly to an extension hwere he'll want to be..
TOR is well underpaying for Chych, and BOS is pretty much funding the additional cost for no long term benefits. And BOS really needs long term benefits, as after the top line and McAvoy there's not a whole lot of top end talent or prospects to drive this team.

TOR wins big
ARI wins long-term
BOS loses and suffers in mediocrity for the foreseeable future

Guys come on, Arizona doesn’t want picks in the 20s for chychrun. If they were to make him available (which he’s not) they’d trade him to a team like LA or Ottawa that are still likely to be top 10 teams this year and next. He’s not getting traded for a quantity of picks when they want quality
