Trade 1: Don't need another C now, hes UFA could walk

Trade 2: MTL Won't walk away from gally anytime soon plus he's worth more, He's also the heartbeat of the team.

Trade 3: Toffolis Stock is higher then that, MTL added savard and with Petry they don't need another RHD making 3.5+ for long term

That SJS move makes a lot of sense to me, but i guess would only happen at Trade deadline, if the sharks are out of the playoffs. Also I would only pay so much if Hertl agrees to extend.

As for Gallagher, i'll wait another year but i think he is on a very bad contract . Maybe a contending team with cap room (which is unlikely) would trade for him, but not sure the Kings are there yet. How good will he be in 3-4 years when the Kings will become more serious contender. HIs lack of Stamina is the thing that worries me most. Can't keep up on longer shifts.

hard pass. MTL gives up nothing of value while SJ give their best player? Lets at least pretend to be realistic.

Why not? Because Gallagher costs $35 million more ($35 million!!) than Brown and Lehkonen isn't any improvement on Kempe, who's younger and cheaper.

MTL lacks a 2022 1st that is tradeable. Hertl not going to MTL

Minnesota says zero chance. Minnesota isn't trading dumba for a nobody, and a Winger they don't need at all! Montreal doesn't have a 1st round pick either

They cant afford Hertl anyways in 2022 and there's no extension here so it makes no sense for Mtl to give up anything of note for a UFA
