would be shocked for him to sign any OS, he is back under Kelly McCrimmon in Vegas, that is his ideal situation in the NHL. No one would know Patrick and what he needs better than McCrimmon bc of their time together at the Wheat Kings.

I Agree for the OS... but Vegas as only 6 D under contract... I would offer him Poehling + Kulak for Nolan... like this Vegas would have their 3/4C + versatile D to complete their team.

They traded for him for a reason, and they are weak at C. He’s not going anywhere.
Vegas still needs to sign RFA dman Coghlan, and they have slew of Dmen signed on ELCs that can come up and down on waivers, they are fine at D. Kulak isnt very good and would be in the AHL over on the active roster

The potential of Patrick is worth more than bottom roster guys…..vegas has plenty of depth, especially at D
