Description

The Habs need a second solid centre and the Habs acquired Verhaeghe give up a couple of players and draft pick to make the trade. In my opinion I think Verhaeghe is great for the future team of the Habs. Give me your though or opinion is welcome. Thank a lot guys.

Please explain why the panthers would do this
Also, verhaeghe is not a center

Verhaeghe is not a center even though CapFriendly says so. Also, the Panthers would say no even if you took Verhaeghe out of this trade.

I think Florida just signed Verhhaege to an extension, so slim chance they move him.

Aside from that, they can't add $6M in cap and including Tippet and a 3rd makes no sense unless it's for an upgrade, which Armia and Byron are not.
