Vancouver has absolutely NO need for Kerfoot, nor do they have the cap room. They are already strong down the middle, with Pettersson, Horvat, Dickinson, and Sutter.

Neither Vancouver or Vegas can afford either of those players

Find another team to get rid of your salary dump to , Vancouver does not want Kerfoot.

If you are serious about moving him you need to add a sweetner and stop asking for other teams to give you high draft picks.

Vancouver can’t afford it and he’s not getting a 2nd rounder back.

Dvorak just got a 1st and 3rd - Kerf has better stats and more defensive. He would get a 2nd.

Las Vegas is already over the cap, so even with the retention this trade adds $3 million to the problem of what to do when Alex Tuch is healthy. Moreover, a team in cap trouble isn't going to be sending you back a guy on a league-minimum contract.

Kerfoot is barely a 3rd liner on the Canucks

17 goals over the last 2 seasons is considered better stats than 35 goals over the last 2 seasons? And Dvorak is 2 years younger. And played with a much worse supporting cast.
