I just don't like it. It is awesome with all the skilled players, but I am afraid that there won't be enough puck for everyone. I think we need some more hard nosed players in this particular lineup.

I disagree. The Leafs have a lot of internal competition going on for forward spots, it might bring out the best in the group

That is not my point. The competition is obviously great as it will push the players, however, your particular lineup wouldn't be one that I think could go all the way and win the cup which ultimately is the goal.

Too soon to tell what happens with this team. I’m personally not gonna judge this team until at least a quarter of the season is done with.

The Leafs with this core have a lot of experience in the first round since they make the playoffs consistently. It’s up to the core to perform in the playoffs when it counts and get the team through a round and maybe even to a Stanley Cup.

As far as I’m concerned. All that needs to happen is a great playoff performance by the core (Matthews, Marner, Tavares, Nylander and Reilly) with a decent background players that can chip in goals when needed
