Un choix de 5e ronde 150e au total et il est premier marqueur en LHJMQ lol. Certains pensent qu'il fera le saut la saison prochaine !!! C'est dire comment il a un hockey IQ très élevé ... Notre prochain Suzuki ?

Le prochain Suzuki et penser qu’il va faire l’équipe l’année prochaine est peut-être un peu trop, il a du potentiel mais il devrait passer 1 ou 2 autres années dans la LJMHQ et réalistement il va être un bonne option pour la deuxième ou troisième ligne

certains dans les réseaux junior le voit faire le saut aussi vite qu'au prochain camp comme Gallagher dans l'temps. Je sais pas s'il le fera mais il a la touch d'un middle 6

Just pour dire, Gallagher a fait 2 années après son repêchage dans la WHL et sa première saison dans la ligue il l’a passé partiellement dans la AHL et NHL

I dont even think trading him for future compensations would be bad asset management. It frees cap + spot on the line up for a youngster. Having in mind a 2-3 years retool/rebuild, I think it would be a good move

I like Pitlick at 2C.
Nothing against Dauphin as a bottom 6C, but he's just not good enough offensively and we need someone who can better help Gallagher and Hoffman contribute.

Michael Pezzetta is 1st on the habs in goals per 60. (Out of players who have played more than 6 games.)

With Chychrun not being openly available and the Stars chasing a playoffs spot with Klingberg, Chiarot may be the best option on defense. There's Giordano as well, but Chiarot half-retained is more digestible for contenders near the salary cap.

The issue with Dallas is that even with Klingberg they are playing Heiskanen on his off side. He's better on LD.
Lindell and Suter have NMC's. If they could play right, one of them would be.

Bringing in Chiarot to play exclusively on his off side isn't correcting the imbalance. A lot is made of having the right combination of LH/RH on defense, but it's not without reason. Control of the puck is significantly impacted by having your stick towards the boards. Controlling the puck is the best way to defend.

Petry makes the most sense, as he would be a good partner for Heiskanen and maybe even a better partner for Lindell or Suter.
Their left and right side would both be improved with that addition, both in strength and in depth.
