Well, let us bask in the glory that is losing to an AHL team
Same **** different day. Anderson stood out in a good way. Team looked like ****. Montembeault let in goals that he should've saved. We had 5 Pylons in defense (I guess that's what happens when you sign 3 stay at home D and expect them to play great together)

The crackdown on cross-checks and hooking will kill Ben Chiarot’s career. He was atrocious tonight, and his signature stupid penalties have multiplied.

I mean Buffalo isn’t that bad. The habs were though. The worst thing is that the habs seem to bring out the best in their opponents, which isn’t a great thing to do.

I don't know if it's a coaching problem or a player problem. This team has 0 chemistry together. 0 hockey IQ in either zone. We can't make a tape to tape pass I'm the defensive zone and can't cycle whatsoever in the offensive zone.

Yes! To add on that, JFresh : "Chiarot has taken 32 more penalties than he's drawn in the past three seasons, most in the league"
Tonight could be an early make or break game for us, we need to start winning games if we want to have a chance to make the playoffs and starting 0-3 wouldn't exactly help the morale or our odds
Joshua Roy is on a very hot streak to start the QMJHL season: 5g, 7a, 12pts in 6gp.
One of his teammates is David Spacek, the son of former Canadien Jaroslav Spacek.
Fun fact that I definitely didn't steal from somewhere else, the Rocket played last night against former habs prospect Martti Jarventie's son, Roby Jarventie, who's a sens prospect, they might also play against Vadim Tarasov's son, Daniil Tarasov who's a CBJ prospect.

if they lose on the season opener AND the home opener that's not gonna be good
Things must not be good for Eddy if he can’t be here but Byron can. Especially since Byron is still 3 months away with a hip injury.
This offseason was one of the worst we’ve had and not for a lack of trying, Weber’s career ended, Kk offersheet, Price entering NHLPA program, Tatar and Danault leaving, Edmundson and Byron are out for some time, our forwards are good in theory but our D and goaltending tending needs a bit of help
a_habs_fan unfortunately chiarot and savard are the only pair that are still together
Well it’s good that Hoffman is almost back, I’d assume Belzile gets waived when he does get back, we need our forwards to produce, that D to not suck and Montembault to be able to be good to even have a chance at contention

isn’t price out for only 30 days as far as we know
