Seguin literally played one year without being near a point per game lmaoo and he was playing that year injured and it was still 50 points in 69 games

Would much rather keep Seguin. Buying him out with that term is a disaster given he's Stars' top forward when healthy.

Sens have absolutely 0 need for Khudobin

But could use Seguin though if they think he can still be a good contributor for years... He has 6 years left at near 10 M$ so he shouldn't cost too much in assets

Zero chance they get rid of Seguin. Dude isn't 30 until January. He spent most of the last "two years" injured 52 points in 71 games. He is still a high end player and young enough he is going to recover. Is he a 35 goal guy anymore? That's debatable but he's certainly a 25-30 goals and 70-75 point guy in 82 games if he stays fully healthy. He's still worth what he's making imo.

If you buyout anyone, and I wouldn't, it would be Jamie Benn.
