I think the Oilers will look to deal for a goalie who actually improves their tandem.

LOL. The Oilers already have 3 goalies that are better than Korpisalo, at least.

And they've had the same duo for 2 seasons now and have allowed 2.91 GA/GP - good for 12th best in the league - despite playing behind a less-than-stellar defense. They aren't desperate to acquire a goalie, false narrative from you.

Ya as an oilers fan that is higher on korp than others that’s too rich of a price tag to consider making any swap.

If you're offering a 1st and a 2nd teams most teams would sell their back-up. Korpisalo has finished with a sv% over 0.900 once in the last 4 years... not a guy I'd be willing to give up much for.

He is a cap dump, I wouldn't give up ANYTHING for him. The Oilers aren't in a position to take on cap dumps for picks - they're in win-now mode.
