We need between 3 and 3.5 million opened up to get our guys signed with any term. Butcher was already a value flip for Buffalo so maybe they can eat money to get more value if Myers would accept. (unlikely but he has history in Buf so who knows)

I think BUF could do this if it was the 22 first. Add a veteran Dman who can eat minutes and still help them finish in last, and a prospect they can work on. They'll need the extra cap hit of Myers if they move Eichel anyways.

Its all good baby baby myers only has 2 years left on his deal after this season. And why would we trade our best Dman from this year as you say?
