This was definitely worthy of an armchair GM team, and not a forum post. Thank you!

Nick Ritchie is so strong that he doesn't care about the human growth cycle! Humans typically stop growing in height when they turn 18-20...Ritchie? He'll be 6'5'' by January!

This isn't exactly good news for a player who was already very, very slow. On the PP it's decent, but at 5v5 he shouldn't be paired with Marner.

Not to mention that the first 6 seasons of his career have been a series of mysterious vanishing acts. At this point, I find it hard to imagine that all of the sudden he's a changed player. IMO, he is what he is...a guy that'll rattle off 5 or 6 pts in 5 games, then vanish for the next 10.

So, he can stand in front of the net. It's when the puck is in the Leafs defensive zone along with the five other Leafs , and Ritchie is still in the offensive zone, it's an issue

Not sure why this was posted as a Good thing for a player with body fat % in the tops of the league and an issue with speed and stamina. If anything he needed to get into better shape
