Huh yeah, I'd heard he was good on their shutdown pair with Weegar last year, but didn't realize how good his underlying offensive numbers were. I still don't think he'll be that fantasy relevant unless he gets PP time though (they have Ekblad on PP1 and Montour on PP2 right now, and Weeger is probably next up for PP time among defensemen, or at least I hope he is because I drafted him and intend to keep him lol, it would be nice if he put up more points).

Also for jerseys I'd like a Team Canada Olympics jersey as well. Haven't decided on the player yet. Might go with Chabot if he makes the team. Or Stamkos or Stone lol, cuz they're my two favourite active players. Makar, Huberdeau, and MacKinnon are tempting too. Gonna have to see the roster first though, and I've got a few months to decide haha

How I think things will go down for Tampa Bay this year:

-Kucherov sits out all of the regular season on LTIR with an injury that is said to “end his season, postseason or otherwise”

-TBL trades for Rickard Rakell, Johnny Goudreau, and anyone else worth a damn being shopped around at the TDL

-By the playoffs, Kucherov is magically okay again and TBL wins another cup

Maybe this cap circumvention scheme will get cracked down upon after the season ends.
