it's not hijacking to advance an agenda, storylines develop the same way the world develops, they change with the people

Nope not at all. You don't change a story to please people. That's not how you do things. When you create characters, you stick to them. You can change their storylines, their actions, etc, but not their physical attributes.

Edit: don't change them just to fit a mold, as I outlined in my next comment, just down here

Imagine thinking being bisexual is an agenda. Everyone needs role models, not just straight white males. Not everything belongs to you, and if you don’t like it then too bad, you’ve got hundreds of other superheroes to read about that fit your limited worldview. Learn some tolerance.

When in my messages did I say I opposed the idea of a bisexual character? I never said that, which makes you a liar because you're putting words in my mouth that I never said.

If you can't create entirely new characters to create such role models then it shows that these creators badly lack creative ideas, which makes them bad creators. Deal with it.

And by the way, if being bisexual is so normal and should be accepted (I agree on these 2 points), then since it's normal, you shouldn't have to create a character just to fil a mold.

If you curate your ignore list like me, it doesn’t bother you at all. Sticking Out Tongue

Meh I don't use it to ignore people who disagree with me. I like hearing all sides of a debate.

I use it for people who are just disrespectful and/or annoying.

I'm pretty sure someone asked if GM's used CF and apparently it's yes, in the Sens picture of the Parker Kelly signing, you can see CF open in the backround

I bet that nearly every NHL GM in the league has a CapFriendly account, but none of them post. The funny thing is that if they use Armchair GM (which would be the most useful feature to quickly calculate cap space) the odds are that some GMs have clicked on some of the Armchair GM posts on this site.

I mean I’ve learned my lesson trying to debate. Some people can’t be reasoned with, so I prefer trying to keep the posts I see to hockey posts.

Just did my fantasy draft last night in my 10 team ESPN league. Our league has about every category I can think of so it's pretty well rounded and not insanely driven to one type of player. Here is my team:

Aleksander Barkov (8th overall)
Cale Makar (13th overall)
Juuse Saros (28th overall)
Philipp Grubauer (33rd overall) (Accidentally went on autopick here but it's still not awful for Grubauer behind the defense heavy Kraken)
Jakob Chychrun (48th overall)
Mathew Barzal (53rd overall)
Anze Kopitar (68th overall)
Charlie McAvoy (73rd overall)
Steven Stamkos (88th overall)
Max Pacioretty (93rd overall)
Jack Hughes (108th overall)
MacKenzie Weegar (113th overall)
Carter Hart (128th overall)
Max Comtois (133rd overall)
Ethan Bear (148th overall) I almost made it the whole draft without going homer mode
Trevor Zegras (153rd overall)

Jack Eichel went at the very last pick and I completely forgot about him the whole draft tears of joy

What are your thoughts on my team? How would you rate them on a 1-10 scale?

That's a fairly solid team. Surprised Stamkos went that late.

I got some strange feeling with Gallant as the coach of the rangers we will see Krastrov go to Vegas for another one of his former teams wings in this case Rielly Smith who is on the final year of his deal.

Vegas is in a cap crunch once Tuch comes back and will only be able to have a team of and so losing a rental like Smith and gaining a top 6 young wing in Kravtsov makes sense. They cant afford to extend smith anyways so why not get something out of it.

I don't really use ignore list either, i'd rather see the comment, and then decide to ignore it rather than assuming all of their comments are bad and ignoring the person

So Bertuzzi, Blackwood, and 2 others.

We know Hamonic as well, but he isn’t on Vancouver’s roster.

Yeah I didn't have him on my radar at all and I checked best available and it blew my mind when I saw that he was still there. Took him in a heartbeat at my next pick. Another shocker is that Kuemper went 5TH OVERALL over guys like Matthews, Kucherov, and Barkov.

Depends on how many points goalies generate. Kuemper went 7th in ours.

So bellows contract is a 1 way but if you go to make an ACGM it shows Bellows is in the minors. How is that possible if he’s needs waivers?

In Yahoo standard leagues, the most common Fantasy format, Goalies account for 4/10 categories. Kuemper was the 3rd Goalie taken in my draft last night. He was picked 14th overall, after Vas and Hellebuyck. Big risk taking him that high in my opinion, given his injury history.

Per Frank Serevalli

Chicago's Dylan Strome is now confirmed available. Chicago wants to move him as they got too many centers and so will be listening to offers

Wonder where he goes
