As I said yesterday after Stephenson scored, you’re allowed to angle your skate to redirect the puck ( I’m not saying it’s right, I’m stating the rule ), also seems like Tierney moving his skate was part of his shootings movement

Actually no, his skate moves as he's shooting which is normal and the NHL will let any goal that isn't a distinct kicking motion stand which this was not, at this point unless it's an egregious kick-in, the goal will stand since the NHL doesn't want a grey area for this rule
